We understand that what works for one client may not work for another. When you first meet, our trainers will carry out a number of assessments to familiarise themselves with how your body currently works. This will allow us to prepare a program that is safe with the right training focus.

Assessments include:

  • body composition

  • response to exercise

  • physical analysis

  • Harvard step test

  • metabolic typing


Patience is the key to a good client-trainer relationship. Whether you progress quickly or require more coaching and assistance, our trainers will find a comfortable pace for you to achieve your goals.

Communication always goes both ways. Our trainers will go above and beyond to meet all your needs. They will continually monitor your progress and ask for your feedback to ensure you are getting the most from your sessions.

You can access our online videos 24/7, 365 days a year. This means you are free to train when you are on the go. It’s a great way of keeping up to date with our new fun workouts, learn about the correct techniques, and watch teaching points to keep you on track.

We will carry out metabolic type test and determine what nutritional plan will work best for you. A nutrition programme will also be provided alongside your fitness programme.
